This place is amazing!!! I get all my of work stuff there (indoor and outdoor) at store and then they ALSO handle all of my embroidered t-shirts for my team. As well as my track suits for me. Employees are always helpful with everything. Turn around time is reasonable! Overall best place to shop living in WNY and places that get snow!

I’ve been using Great Lakes exclusively for the last couple of years for all of my company sweatshirts, t-shirts, jackets etc. Bryce is always very helpful and they do a great job. Would highly recommend.

Great Place! I was impressed on how big of an inventory they had. The Carhartt and Timberland selections were better than what I have seen in official stores. I had a sweatshirt embroidered here and the quality was top notch. They definitely knew what they were doing as all I had for them to go off of was a picture I took of my business logo. It seems embroiders want to use generic clothing brands. Here I was able to pull a name brand Carhartt hoodie off the rack and have it embroidered in a timely manner. All staff were very friendly and professional.

I had been searching for a very hard to find Carhartt vest for my son and was so happy to find it at Great Lakes Work Wear. I was provided tracking info within a day, it shipped quickly and it arrived faster than I thought it would- even with bad weather affecting most deliveries. Item was packaged well and my son loves it! I will order from them again now that I know about them and their 5 star customer service.

Excellent shopping experience. Called the day before to make sure they carried wide width sizes for men which they do and had them in stock. Dahrleen greeted us and was excellent getting sizes , knowing which sizes were available in wide width and answered questions and told us about the comfort guarantee. Told us about about the points program and signed me up in a minute and it is a very generous program amounting to 10.00 off for every 100.00 spent. I looked around at the clothes section it was beautifully organized by size lots of name brands and had up to atleast 3XL on the floor. What a great place to shop!

Fantastic customer service! They didn’t have a close out item I ordered and called me to offer other options. Received all items 4 days after I ordered them. Great Lakes Work wear will be our go to supplier for spring start up from now on.

I ordered online through Great Lakes Work Wear. This was my first time to purchase from them. I ordered the water resistant Carhartt hoodie with half zipper for my husband's birthday. I ordered the lightweight Carhartt hoodie as well for me. This store was quick to give a tracking number and shipped out super fast. It came UPS and was packaged well. Both hoodies are really nice. I'm extremely happy I went with this company for my order. I will diffantly use them for future orders. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯👍

Bryce from Great Lakes Work Wear has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I stumbled upon Great Lakes after searching online for uniforms for my work crew. He diligently explained the options, colors, types of customization from screen printing to embroidery. Since my first order around November 2024, we've used them about 3 or 4 more times and each experience has been top notch. It's safe to say that they will always be my go to supplier for all work wear related apparel for my entire company!
